You are permitted to rove throughout the festival. You will be asked to move if you interfere with vendor sales, scheduled stage performances or impede the flow of pedestrian traffic. You must register as a vendor if you plan to remain in one location all day, set up table displays or have a tent.

Pick up your permit on event day at the information tent located at 21 Street and 33rd Avenue SW.
